Autumn Love

Had a mini-adventure to Kichijouji this month to visit the famous Inokashira Park for some autumn color viewing.  In Japan, we call this change to autumn leaves kouyou (紅葉). During this season, everyone ventures outdoors in the most perfect weather--not too humid, not too cold--and admire the colors.

My cousin recommended that I visit this park because of the vast number of trees as well as the variety of autumn trees.  But she did not mention the AWESOME SWAN BOATS ON A LAKE! omgomgomg (゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)(゜。゜)

Seeing so many of those faces just now looked like something else . . .   (;¬_¬)

We had so much fun riding the swan boats and playing bumper cars with everyone.  I feel like everyone loosens up more during these times.  Not one person cursed us out but laughed in return. (●´∀`●)

So . . . back to the leaves. Describing them as breathtaking would be an understatement.. Although the colors for this season are very minimal (but I guess, not as minimal as cherry blossoms--PINK DARK PINK LIGHT PINK) I can take so many photos without any shot appearing dull and redundant.

Nature is so pretty! And it's even more rewarding when you have someone to walk with you throughout all of this.  Felt like I was in some Korean drama or something. haha  (≧∇≦)/
